Discount Policy

Configure the module-level discount policy applied across all Janitorial Programs. Sales Representatives can apply discounts within the autonomous limit without approval.

Absolute ceiling — no discount can exceed this value
Sales Rep can apply up to this % without approval
Discounts above this % require approval

Approval Workflow

Step 1: Sales Rep enters discount % in the Calculator.

Step 2: If discount ≤ 5% → discount applied automatically. No approval required.

Step 3: If discount > 5% → quote enters pending approval state.

Step 4: Approver (Supervisor/Manager) reviews and approves or rejects.

Step 5: If approved → discount applied and quote can be finalized.

Maximum allowed: 15% — no discount can exceed this ceiling regardless of approval.
