Dynamic Pricing
ActivePrice calculated from property and service inputs using the Service Line Estimator. Auto-assigned from Service Line — Janitorial Estimator for Janitorial Programs.

Fixed Price
InactiveAdmin sets a predetermined price per service item — no estimator required. Sales Rep selects Program → price displayed automatically.
Open Item — Client: Confirm Fixed Price structure: Option A (single flat price per service item) or Option B (tiered price table by property attribute).
Inspection Required
InactiveA site inspection must be conducted before pricing can be generated. Inspection requested → site visit → data captured → estimator runs → price calculated.
Open Item — Client: Who captures inspection data (Technician, Admin, or Sales Rep)? Does data feed into the same Dynamic estimator form or a separate inspection form?
Custom Quote
InactiveNon-standard scope or atypical property — flexible data entry that feeds into the estimator. Admin or Sales Rep enters custom inputs → price calculated.
Open Item — Client: Is Custom Quote a Program type (Admin creates for non-standard deals) or a quoting mode (Sales Rep activates when the standard form doesn't cover the scope)?
